ArchTam recognize the importance of these programs and the support they provide to our small and diverse firms. We are committed to participating as a mentor in these programs and&nbsp;in developing our small and diverse partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each mentor-prot\u00e9g\u00e9 program is unique with different requirements and benefits to both the mentor and prot\u00e9g\u00e9. ArchTam had found that the most successful agreements are the ones where both mentor and prot\u00e9g\u00e9 gain from the partnership. Some of the most common benefits of these programs include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Allowing small firms to build strategic partnerships with large and experienced firms<\/li><li>Providing opportunities to enhances the prot\u00e9g\u00e9\u2019s technical capabilities or infrastructure<\/li><li>Creating a mechanism for technology transfer from mentor to prot\u00e9g\u00e9<\/li><li>Allows for the awarding of non-competitive subcontracts \/ purchase orders to the prot\u00e9g\u00e9<\/li><li>Providing reimbursement to the mentor for efforts to develop the prot\u00e9g\u00e9<\/li><li>Allowing for potential joint venture opportunities as a small business<\/li><li>Giving mentors credit towards their small business subcontracting&nbsp;goals for dollars expended in support of the prot\u00e9g\u00e9<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ArchTam\u2019s Approach to Mentor-Prot\u00e9g\u00e9 Participation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ArchTam has a long history of participation in the various mentor-prot\u00e9g\u00e9 programs of our clients and we have been recognized with numerous awards for these efforts.
