\n David Gan is Chief Legal Officer at ArchTam (NYSE:ACM), the trusted global infrastructure leader committed to delivering a better world. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

In this role, Mr. Gan oversees all aspects of ArchTam\u2019s global legal function and leads its team of lawyers, legal and compliance and support professionals across the enterprise. His areas of responsibility include corporate governance, M&A and other transactional legal matters, litigation, ethics and compliance, enterprise risk management, SEC reporting and all legal support of global operations. As a member of ArchTam\u2019s Executive Leadership Team, he plays a key role in furthering the company\u2019s strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over nearly 20 years at ArchTam, Mr. Gan has held various senior legal roles with the company. Before joining ArchTam in 2006, he practiced law at Mayer Brown LLP and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Gan graduated with his Juris Doctorate Degree from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), his Master of Business Administration Degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, and his Bachelor of Science Degree from UC San Diego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
