Designed by KPF, One Madison will comply today with the 2030 building emission targets determined by NYC’s Local Law 97, and is on track to achieve both a LEED Gold rating and WELL certification. The project is exemplary also in terms of low embodied carbon, achieving an overall carbon reduction for structural steel, concrete, and rebar of 30% – equivalent to emissions from 10,250,000 vehicle miles traveled. Additionally, One Madison’s high-strength concrete mixes are 35% and 40% lower carbon than a typical concrete mix.

One Madison Avenue

                            <circle fill="#AECC53" stroke="none" cx="35" cy="50" r="6">
                                <animate attributeName="opacity" dur="1s" values="0;1;0" repeatCount="indefinite" begin="0.1"></animate>
                                <animate attributeName="r" dur="1s" to="9" repeatCount="indefinite" begin="0.1"></animate>
                            </circle>
                            <circle fill="#AECC53" stroke="none" cx="60" cy="50" r="6">
                                <animate attributeName="opacity" dur="1s" values="0;1;0" repeatCount="indefinite" begin="0.2"></animate>
                                <animate attributeName="r" dur="1s" to="9" repeatCount="indefinite" begin="0.2"></animate>

                            </circle>
                            <circle fill="#AECC53" stroke="none" cx="85" cy="50" r="6">
                                <animate attributeName="opacity" dur="1s" values="0;1;0" repeatCount="indefinite" begin="0.3"></animate>
                                <animate attributeName="r" dur="1s" to="9" repeatCount="indefinite" begin="0.3"></animate>
                            </circle>

Our commercial experience includes some of the most notable projects in the world, including One Vanderbilt, 270 Park Avenue (in construction) and One World Trade Center – the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.
