This passion, coupled with my love of writing, has made 30+ years of work in the environmental planning and impact assessment arena a natural fit for me.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>I joined ArchTam in 2015 to grow our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/canada-pre-aecom.pantheonsite.io\/services\/environmental-services\/environmentalsocial-impact-assessment-permitting\/\">U.S. Federal Impact and Assessment and Permitting (IAP) practice<\/a>\u00a0because I see tremendous opportunity for ArchTam in the IAP space. As recently featured in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/online.fliphtml5.com\/fedq\/tafd\/#p=46\"><em>The Military Engineer<\/em><\/a>\u00a0magazine, we are quickly becoming the industry leader in streamlining the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) via \u201cDigital NEPA.\u201d Our innovative approach modernizes the process so that clients and stakeholders have interactive, user-friendly tools to make faster, better-informed decisions. My passions are well-matched with the company\u2019s drive to grow and innovate while engaging on some of the most complex projects in the world. Happily, project work is still a critical part of my daily routine. I spend my days collaborating with staff throughout the company and across our robust IAP team. I\u2019m motivated most by opportunities to grow our capabilities, tackle tough challenges, and mentor staff using a \u201cpeople first\u201d model that give me significant satisfaction. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my five children and two grandchildren. When I\u2019m not at the gym or restoring my 120-year-old farmhouse, I like to travel to the Caribbean and Europe.
