Mr. Hall will be responsible for maintaining and developing strategic relationships with clients such as the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD). A former Commissioned Officer in the Royal Navy with a 17-year service career and 8 years in industry, his appointment follows the announcement of Ed Robinson as ArchTam\u2019s new Head of Defence for UK, Europe and India in September.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-31716 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.archtam.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Graham-Hall-Cropped-300x278.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"278\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mr Hall began his career in the Royal Navy, where he served in a wide variety of operational theatres and supported frontline operations from both UK Headquarters and the Ministry of Defence. He then joined a global engineering consultancy where, among other roles, he was Framework &amp; Programme Director across its security, energy and technology markets, leading multimillion pound portfolios for major defence infrastructure and equipment clients.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re delighted to welcome Graham Hall to ArchTam,\u201d said Ed Robinson, Head of Defence, UK, Europe and India. \u201cHe joins us at a pivotal time for the defence sector, which is undergoing significant transformation and investment.
