This project encompasses approximately 665,000 SF, including a 475,000 SF office tower and a 190,000 SF, three-story plinth with parking, MEP and a loading dock.     <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The center, designed by Ballinger and Pelli Clarke Pelli to LEED Silver standards, houses CHOP\u2019s clinical research and support staff, and features floors with no interior columns \u2013 free space from wall to core \u2013 allowing for maximum collaboration among its users. Additionally, offices were designed with the ability to be easily dismantled and reconfigured to suit the needs of individual research groups.
