{"id":21737,"date":"2017-05-17T09:45:34","date_gmt":"2017-05-17T09:45:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.archtam.com\/projects\/rome-fiumicino-airport-masterplan\/"},"modified":"2023-02-28T23:54:41","modified_gmt":"2023-03-01T04:54:41","slug":"rome-fiumicino-airport-masterplan","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/www.archtam.com\/projects\/rome-fiumicino-airport-masterplan\/","title":{"rendered":"Rome Fiumicino Airport masterplan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"aecom-custom-block block-intro-text\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 40px\">\n    <p class=\"editor-emphasized\">\n        We were commissioned to develop a masterplan for the North Terminal at Fiumicino Airport.    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The masterplan project focused on addressing Fiumicino Airport\u2019s immediate capacity constraints as well as developing a long term strategic vision for the airport\u2019s future development \u2014 with an ambition to increase annual passenger-handling capacity from 35 million to over 100 million in 2044.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our recommended solution included the creation of a new terminal and associated infrastructure. Working together with GMW Mimarlik architects, we conducted a feasibility study for Aeroporti di Roma (AdR). The study included: a terminal planning exercise and assessment of the access roads, curbside, Ground Transportation Centre (GTC), rail\/metro\/ APM terminal interface, and apron requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also established a capex program according to the AdR regulatory framework agreement and produced a comprehensive set of tendering documents to manage the tender process, in line with EU and Italian competitive tender rules.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":22,"featured_media":21739,"template":"","tags":[],"city":[500],"class_list":["post-21737","project","type-project","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","city-rome"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.archtam.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project\/21737","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.archtam.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.archtam.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/project"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.archtam.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/22"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/www.archtam.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/project\/21737\/revisions"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.archtam.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/21739"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.archtam.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=21737"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.archtam.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=21737"},{"taxonomy":"city","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.archtam.com\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/city?post=21737"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
