{"id":36142,"date":"2023-01-13T12:00:10","date_gmt":"2023-01-13T12:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.archtam.com\/projects\/425-park-avenue\/"},"modified":"2023-02-11T21:59:42","modified_gmt":"2023-02-12T02:59:42","slug":"425-park-avenue","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/www.archtam.com\/projects\/425-park-avenue\/","title":{"rendered":"425 Park Avenue"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"aecom-custom-block block-intro-text\" style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 40px\">\n    <p class=\"editor-emphasized\">\n        ArchTam Tishman served as CM for the first full-block commercial building constructed on Park Avenue in nearly 60 years, the 640,000 SF 425 Park, which stands 897 feet tall and features a dynamic design by Foster + Partners.    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Since the site was overbuilt according to current zoning laws, to build a tower of this size, the project had to make use of certain components of the original 1957-vintage building occupying the site.
