Schwartzman Building.    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The MML underwent a dramatic transformation into the LEED Silver 180,000 SF Stavros Niarchos Foundation Library, with a complete gut renovation and structural reconfiguration to change elevator, shaft and egress locations and create a light-filled atrium.
