The arena was designed and constructed to meet the standards and specifications of the National Collegiate Athletic Association for hosting the University of Texas men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s basketball teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Achievements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The construction work schedule was sucessfully reduced from a 29 month duration to 25 months.
