The largest multifamily building ever constructed in Newark, as well as the largest 80\/20 mixed-income project in the state, the 33-story development features 370 units, 74 of them affordable.     <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The tower is set on a podium that ingeniously conceals a 374-space parking garage behind a distinctive fa\u00e7ade of articulated aluminum panels, topped with an amenity roof featuring a swimming pool, outdoor seating, waterfall, and plantings.
