With a total length of 37.8 kilometers, the line connects through Futian&nbsp;Central District, Hong Kong and directly to Dongguan area. It is the key project of the city\u2019s Phase III&nbsp;Rail Construction Plan, with an investment of US$2.42 billion (RMB 14.88 billion).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shenzhen Metro Line 6 is Chinese Mainland\u2019s first pilot transit-oriented development project plus&nbsp;public private partnership funded mass transit line.
