Designed by HLW, this is a major upgrade and reimagining of the school&#8217;s 1958-vintage McGinley Center that takes in the construction of a 75,000 SF addition housing a student lounge, faculty lounge, grand event room, caf\u00e9, and fitness area; a new 22,500 SF arrival hall\/arcade; and a gut renovation of the McGinley wing to accommodate an expansive new 27,000 SF dining center (&#8220;the Marketplace&#8221;).
