This development represents a significant addition to the city\u2019s urban fabric, combining state-of-the-art student accommodation with a dynamic retail space.     <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Located at the forecourt of Cape Town\u2019s main train station, the project\u00a0comprises\u00a0a 20-story high-rise\u00a0building.
