As an enthusiastic “space head,” there’s nothing like witnessing a launch up close and personal. Had the good fortune to attend three at the Cape. A dear family friend and school classmate took part in 5 shuttle missions; the last two as Commander. Col. Steve Lindsey had nothing but great things to say about space flight, the lessons learned to advance science, and the importance of the thousands of crew members that made safe flight possible. Thanks for your contribution, and that of ArchTam’s, to the history of space exploration! Now that’s cool!
