We are pleased with the response from inside the organisation – we have colleagues who are volunteering to help with the implementation – people who have already had first hand experience of the values of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. Certainly there are encouraging signs for the future of reconciliation in Australia where both Indigenous and other Australians can benefit from the relationship in learning about each other and learning how to trust each other. Great seeing ArchTam taking a step forward on this matter.
