Mike’s personal philosophy outlined in his blog: “to promote the greater good, collaborate with others fairly and meaningfully, and treat all people with dignity and respect.” is strongly apparent in how he carries himself on a daily basis. He genuinely demonstrates the attitudes that empower people to be their best and give their all, no matter what there role at ArchTam.
