It is indeed worth 100 points. I have learned a lot and realized that one should accept mistakes as a learning experience and stop offering excuses instead take responsibility. Even small change can define us as a person and every one around us will benefit whether its listening, emotional aptitude, empathy, socializing or just being supportive – If we have such strengths, we must play to them. Really these are good qualities to demonstrate as a rising future leader, and, particularly in a work place where these skills are in a short supply, they are also not a bad way to get notices. Your success story and sharing your experiences can sow good seeds in the minds of readers enabling them reap tremendous rewards and help them stretch their limit in developing leadership qualities. Thank you Ma’am for your presentation so nicely worded in an honest, truthful and trustworthy manner.
