As the father of three very powerful daughters and husband to their mother for 43 years, I am very mindful of the challenges facing women in the workplace. Yes, men and women are different and embracing the strengths associated with each gender only enhances the workplace.

I would perhaps add, “find a mentor” and purpose to establish a transfer of knowledge. As batons are passed from my generation to the next, we need those who can emulate those characteristics that truly make a difference – moral fiber, ethical values, the ability to work hard on the right things, and the discernment that directs one to success.
