As part of the Program Management business line, Mr. Ng will work to develop ArchTam\u2019s alternative delivery capacity by supporting Canada-wide operations in the capture and execution of complex projects. He will also leverage his longstanding relationships in the industry to further opportunities and expand the region\u2019s footprint in both private and public alternative delivery projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re happy to welcome Simon back to ArchTam. With 25 years\u2019 experience in business development and alternative delivery, he has the experience and expertise to help our clients solve their most pressing delivery challenges\u201d said Richard Barrett, chief executive of ArchTam\u2019s Canada region. \u201cWith Simon\u2019s history of leading teams in major infrastructure projects, we look forward to helping our clients to deliver Canada\u2019s future.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Ng has extensive experience in spearheading business development for complex joint ventures, overseeing all commercial aspects of team formulation, contract negotiations, bid strategy, and RFQ\/RFP response development to advance alternative delivery projects. He began his career at ArchTam as an alternative delivery manager, playing a key role in winning major alternative delivery projects and serving as a design lead on several projects, including two Alberta P3 highways. He also served as the project manager for the owner\u2019s engineer role on the Right Honorable Herb Gray Parkway.
