Lina Chang. I am an engineer in the environment team at ArchTam Taiwan.

How long have you worked for ArchTam?

I have been with ArchTam for 3 months.

Describe your role and day-to-day work? 

My role focuses on analysing the environmental monitoring data to mitigate negative impacts on environment among a variety of construction activities (e.g., offshore wind farm, fishing port extensions).

How has your work at ArchTam contributed towards having a positive impact on the environment?

My work involves analysing monitoring data and providing advice if any abnormalities are detected. This helps to improve our living environment and contributes to a positive environmental impact.

How has ArchTam helped you in your career development?

During my time at ArchTam so far, I have learned how to interact and connect with different people more effectively. I have also gained valuable knowledge from my colleagues, not only in technical aspects but also in terms of attitude when facing challenges.
